Dr. Jessica Weiss has been awarded the Theodore Rousseau Fellowship which is part of the Met's History of Art and Visual Culture Fellowship program and specializes in European art. The fellowship supports 12 months of travel abroad to conduct research related to paintings collections in Europe.
Dr. Weiss is an associate professor at Metropolitan State University in Denver. She is working on a book project entitled book project entitled Juan de Flandes and the Power of Hispano-Flemish Art.
